Bylaws:
Every Motorcycle that's ever lasted longer than a matter of several years has been run by a certain code, a matter of heirarchy and law to which the brothers and sisters of every MC has abode by. This one is no different and in the best interests of both the inidividual and the BOOZEFIGHTERS MC, we expect these bylaws to be respected and followed by.
1. The BOOZEFIGHTERS MC is to remain your active Crew unless advised of a short interval in which you wish to represent another crew (2-4 days maximum - No other MC's allowed).
2. There is to be no other Motorcycle Club outside of the BOOZEFIGHTERS MC, represented by any individual member of the Club.
3. There is to be no hostile action taken against members of the BOOZEFIGHTERS MC. Any member guilty of pre-meditated killing of a fellow member of the MC will be considered worthy of a Mayhem Vote in which they may be voted out by the Club and killed on sight.
4. All Probationary Members (Prospects) will be expected to follow the instructions of any member wearing the full patch of the BOOZEFIGHTERS MC. Failure to adhere to this bylaw may result in the end of the probationary period and refusal of entry into the Club.
5. During Club meetings, Club Rides and all other miscellenious events held by the Motorcycle Club, members are expected to ride Choppers and Road Bikes. (No Crotch Rockets or Jap shit).
6. Do not shoot upon another Motorcycle Club unless they first shoot upon you. This is an imperative rule in which we must respect if we are to support our fellow Bikers within San Andreas.
Prospects/Probationaries:
1. All Prospects must ride with us and show active participation in all Club events, you must wear your patch and prove your worth as a biker and a brother to this Club.
2. All probates must prospect for a duration of atleast two weeks before the Club will consider whether or not you're worthy of the patch (BFFB).
Anyone refusing to abide by the Bylaws of the Motorcycle Club will risk coming under the consideration of the Table, the leading members of the Club taking your position under advisement and proceeding to consider your disciplinary consequences. No member of the BOOZEFIGHTERS MC are except from these Bylaws, from Prospect to President, these are the code we live by.
